INFORMATION
Reservations must be made in person with forms being filled out and a minimum of 50% of the total rental fee is due as a deposit. The remaining 50% is due UPON ARRIVAL to the Rossford Rec Center on the scheduled date of the rental. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 7 days prior to the rental date to receive the 50% deposit back. The rental fees listed on this page pertain only to usage of the rooms.

General Terms and Conditions
1. The
signee shall be held financially responsible for any damage resulting to
building and/or equipment
2. If
this request is granted, it should be understood by the organization filing such
request that the City of Rossford reserves the right to rescind its actions if
it should be determined subsequent to the approval of the request that the
facilities involved are needed by the City
3. The
organization agrees to enforce the City of Rossford regulation forbidding the
possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage in any form or gambling of any
kind
4. The
organization agrees, at all meetings of assembly nature or where the general
public may attend to display the flag of the United States of America when
requested by the City of Rossford.
5. The
organization/person in charge agree to all terms and conditions set forth above
and to furnish any additional information if requested by the City of Rossford.
6. Any
fees involved with the use of facilities must be paid upon the day of the event.
7. Center
must be cleaned and left in good order.
Users are responsible for providing their own
garbage bags.
Bags must be placed in the parking lot dumpster.
8. If
user owned equipment is stored at the Recreation Center it will be at the risk
of the user.
The City of Rossford nor the Rossford community Center
will not be liable for replacement of equipment.
9. Occupancy
has been established by the Fire Marshal in the following manner.

OTHER RENTAL OPTIONS
ROOM & GYM COMBOS
Individuals
interested in a rental with a party room(s) and gymnasium combination may seek
one out. However, due to our busy gym schedule, these rentals must be made with
& approved directly by the Parks & Recreation Director to avoid scheduling
conflicts with our member usage of the gymnasium or programs/special events that
may be scheduled in the gymnasium.
The gym is equipped with basketball courts, volleyball nets (must be
scheduled with the director) and also has power outlets.
No food or beverages will be
permitted in the gymnasium. To

$90 Nonmember Nonresidents
Get a 2 Hour Package with use of a Party Room for the full 2 Hours & exclusive
use of 1/2 the gym for 1 hour.
Upgrade to a 2 Room Rental & Gym Combo for
$80 RCRC Members & Rossford Residents
$120 Nonmember Nonresidents
All rental arrangements involving gymnasium must be made w/Director
$50/Hour for Full Gymnasium
$25/Hour for 1/2 Gymnasium
All rentals of gymnasium must be made directly with and
approved by the Parks & Recreation Director.
Due to member usage of the gym and our own
athletic/recreation programs & special events, gym availability may be limited
or unavailable during parts of the year.

RESERVE A SHELTER AT VETERAN'S MEMORIAL PARK FOR YOUR PARTY, SPECIAL EVENT, OR COMPANY PICNIC
$30 fee for Residents 5-hour block
$60 fee for Nonresidents 5-hour block
Renters are responsible for set-up and clean-up
Although renting the shelters is not absolutely required, this does eliminate any possible complications from the first-come, first-serve approach as those who pay the above fee are GUARANTEED the rights to the shelters for the designated time period. For those who rent the shelters, we will have a sign placed nearby that would indicate dates, times, and individuals that the shelter is reserved for.
