SUMMER DAY CAMP

Dear Parents and Campers,

I am happy to inform you that we are busy planning for our summer 2011 Day Camp program.  Our camp will maintain a limited enrollment (30).  Our first aim is to make sure the children we serve are safe.  Small numbers allow us to accomplish this goal.  We have had a great experience with your child and as a result your child is being invited to join us again for the 2011 summer.

If you will be attending our camp please sign up as soon as possible.  Monies will be due on or before the first day you attend camp.  You can also make payments from now until the time camp begins.  Payment does not have to accompany a registration form that has been sent in early to confirm your child or children’s participation in the Camp 2011 Program.  You will receive the summer camp calendar in the mail prior to the start of the program.  If you are not satisfied with the program you may withdraw.  Please understand once you have paid after our program is in progress whether it is flat rate, weekly or daily we have a NO REFUND POLICY.

The deadline for your summer camp registration is Friday, April 29, 2011.  All applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.  After the deadline date camp registration will be open until we reach our designated number of participants (30).  If you miss the deadline you will be accepted only if there are enrollment openings.

If you have any further questions please feel free to call the office at 666-2905 and ask for Alexa.  Please take advantage of our payment plan.  You are welcome to make payments on your Child’s camp plan between now and the first day of camp.  If the balance is not paid in full you may use it to determine your weekly payment.  All flat rates must be paid on the first day of camp.  If you choose to pay weekly you must pay on the first day of the week you attend, not on the last day.  Looking forward to working with you and your family once again.

Sincerely,

Alexa Owen
