Our brand new Fitness Studio includes many new types of equipment and services.  In addition to housing many of our group fitness classes and our new personal training program, it includes many body weight exercises, plyometric, and resistance type workouts for out members to utilize to further enhance their fitness experience.  Check out some of the planned equipment for this room below.
